YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement and drive the commercial strategy to deliver above market growth rates. Identify growth opportunities to accelerate the revenue growth for existing product lines and support explore process to identify new product opportunities.
  • Accountability and ownership for all commercial and sales activities for various OEM accounts. Develop and deploy goals for the sales teams to meet or exceed annual and long range plan expectations.
  • Support data collection and presentation for AP and LRP.
  • Coordinate sales activities with SC China and US for European OEM acting globally.
  • Close collaboration with the Innovation Team to support the Customer Back Innovation Process. Constantly discover customer pain point to develop value-based product solutions.
  • Drive the product line and customer profitability, as well as financial results by using the ITW toolbox. Demonstrates a solid 80/20 mindset to achieve a year over year improvement.
  • Develop and motivate a high-performing sales team. Act as role model for value selling and aggressive growth mindset.
  • Demonstrating personal effectiveness and leadership - acting as ITW great leader - that creates a culture of high performance and inclusive leadership founded in ITW Cultures and Values.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong international and interdisciplinary communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of customer requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in plastics engineering or industrial engineering (or similar)
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management and/or account management
  • At least 5 years of experience in automotive industry and plastic manufacturing t
  • Experience with ASPICE and FUSA requirements
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
  • Very good German and English language skills
