The first step is to submit your application digitally. These are the next steps to your new job:

• You will receive a confirmation of receipt
• The respective department will review your application
• You will be invited to an interview
• Applicant assessment
• Job offer
• Signing of the new work contract

Once you submit your application, Human Resources will send you a written confirmation of its receipt within three business days.

Human Resources will forward your application to the appropriate department. The appropriate department will review and assess your documents. If you are eligible, you will be invited to an interview.

The interview will be followed by a detailed assessment in-house. We will do our best to give you our feedback as early as possible.

If your application convinces us, we will make you a job offer. Now all you have to do is sign the work contract and we will welcome you to the ITW family.
