Tips for your job interview

The beginning always seems like an uphill climb. To smooth the road, we have prepared some tips that will help you to prepare. The first interview with your coach takes place so he can get to know you. If the first meeting is positive, you will receive an invitation for a second interview. Staff from Human Resources will participate in the second meeting.

Be informed

Get detailed information on your potential employer prior to the interview. This allows you to find out if we are a good fit. Our conversation will take place on equal footing.

Your appearance

A neat appearance is very important for every interview. Make sure your clothing has no stains or wrinkles. You don’t have to wear a suit or business attire to an interview at ITW. However, your clothing should fit the occasion.

Be punctual

To ensure punctual arrival, get directions on how to reach us ahead of time. Know exactly how long it will take you to get here. Think about how you would like to travel and allow plenty of extra time.

Stay open and honest
